Lita is the Battle Art Instructor of the Polaris Institute and one of the Elite Pathfinders you can duel. She fights at the Boomblast Arena in Astra with four Aniimo in their Prismana form, and her help screen in the game gives the whole strategy in one line: she sends out Aniimo of various elements, so elemental counters decide the fight. Who is Lita
"The three-time consecutive champion of the Aniimo battles! She's also my idol." That is how she is introduced before you meet her.
The combat fanatic always says: there's nothing a good fight won't fix – and if there is, it means you didn't fight hard enough.
When the Institute investigates the ruins, Professor Bohr leads the team and Lita is in charge of security.
She arrives just in time
The twenty-sided Ancestor Prism summons an Aniimo too strong for you and Nicole. Lita steps in at the last moment and teaches you the only way to handle it: Twining.
The Holo-Battle Sim
She regrets not protecting her student better, introduces herself and sets up a Holo-Battle Sim session against Nova Stage Aniimo. Her training stages stay open afterwards.
Called back to the Institute
She praises your progress and wants to see it in person at the Battle Art Department. She summons her partner Lumin: this time, Lumin is your opponent.
The Boomblast Arena duel
A sparring match in front of a crowd, to judge your strategy. Win it and she sends you to see Dr. Lewis.
The Rematch, for the badge
She fights with everything she has for the Glory Badge. Then she asks a favour: Lumin wants to go back to exploring Idyll, her work keeps her at the Institute, so she entrusts Lumin to you.
Lita’s team
Every Prismana form in her team adds a second element to the species’ own. The same four fight in both duels: Lv 60 in the Challenge, Lv 65 in the Rematch.

Which elements to bring
Each cell is what your attacking element does to her Aniimo. The game multiplies the element table’s value against each of its two elements; the small values under the total are those two. The game’s help sums it up: “Lita will send out Aniimo of various elements in battle, so making good use of elemental counters is the key to victory.”

How the two add up comes from the game's combat code: for each element of the defender it multiplies the attack's value, so ×1.6 and ×0.625 cancel out and ×0.625 twice falls to ×0.39. See the full type chart.
How to beat Lita
Three threats, three answers. The game tells you who does what; the counters come from the element table.
Lumin opens and keeps up the pressure
She sends Lumin first: "Lumin, let's give our old friend a proper welcome!" Water + Light.
Lightning or Ice: ×1.6 on its Water, neutral on its Light. Avoid Fire, Earth and Light, all resisted.
Watercolor heals her team
The only healer in the team (HEAL role, a healing AI in the duel's tables). Water + Light, like Lumin.
The counters that work on Lumin work on Watercolor too: one Lightning or Ice Aniimo covers both. While Watercolor heals, your damage melts away.
Starshadow and Blade Tip punish mistakes
"The others will act when an opening presents itself." Both carry Ice, and Lita warns you: "There's a gap in your lineup and I won't be holding back!"
Starshadow: Fire, Wind or Light. Blade Tip: Earth or Dark. Your Ice against Lumin is resisted by both of them: bring a second element.

"Oh? Tougher than I expected. Good, but a fight isn't only about taking hits!"
"There's a gap in your lineup and I won't be holding back!"
"Even Lumin couldn't beat you... you've got my full respect now!"
The Challenge and the Rematch
Two duels against the same four Aniimo. The Rematch raises her team to Lv 65 and the game recommends Lv 70.

Rewards
The first duel pays through its quest, the Rematch pays on its first clear, and the quest after it gives you Lumin.

The quest rewards a Sherro - Prismana, Water + Light. In the story, Lumin has fought at her side for years but wants to go back to exploring Idyll, so Lita formally entrusts it to you.
