Once you craft and claim Legendary Aniipod - Irisalis, an Energy Rift leading to Legendary Aniimo - Irisalis will open. You will then unlock the crafting qualification for the next-stage item: Legendary Aniipod - Departure with the Wind.

Legendary Aniipod A specially made Aniipod used in Vein Rifts to calm and capture Legendary Aniimo. Purchase with Glimmer in the Legendary Journey Shop.
Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis99 Petals Twine with the Legendary Aniimo Irisalis and make it your ally. Obtained by crafting the Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis.
Legendary Aniipod: Windchase Departure49 Petals · up to 10 Windchase Departure season-exclusive Aniipod. When used, catching an Aniimo is guaranteed to succeed, its Potential is Perfect, and it will always be Sparkling, with the season-exclusive Sparkling effect of Windchase Departure. Obtained by crafting the Legendary Aniipod: Departure with the Wind.
The encounter
Craft and claim the Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis and the Energy Rift opens on the map: the instance Rift Exploration: Irisalis. Inside, the encounter happens once.
Once. “Once you’ve twined with Irisalis, you can no longer enter the Rift.”
What the Rift gives is written on the Aniimo's own item:
“Obtain the Legendary Aniimo Irisalis with a Perfect potential guaranteed.”

The two instances: the Rift and the Memory
Two instances carry Irisalis's capture. The first is the encounter itself; the second is a Memory with a chest you can claim 2 times a week.

A powerful Legendary Aniimo has been born, drawing Vein energy together and opening a strange energy rift.
Yet the Vein is surging abnormally, and the affected Legendary Aniimo has become ferocious.
Pathfinder, please explore the rift at once. With courage and a healing heart, help the out-of-control Legendary Aniimo and make it your companion.
Rules
Defeat the Irisalis gone-wild. Use Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis to twine with her and become allies.
Once you’ve twined with Irisalis, you can no longer enter the Rift.
Memory: The Faded Rainbow
Awaken the Vein’s memories and relive stories of the past...
The beautiful sea of flowers has withered into ashen gray, while mysterious mechanisms stir in the ominous darkness.
Awaken Irelia, drawn in by the false Prismana glow, and return that color to its rightful owner.
Rules
Defeat Irelia and spend 50 Primegy to claim a chest, up to 2 times per week.
The weekly claim limit resets every Monday at 04:00.

What changed since the beta
In the closed beta, a Legendary was caught by repeated throws with an entry cost per attempt; the studio called stacking randomness on repetition a draining chore and removed the lottery entirely. Irisalis is the first Aniimo built on the new flow and, in the studio's words, the template for every Legendary to come.
